We accept most major health insurance plans as well as the Vision Service Plan Signature Plan (VSP) and many of the EyeMed vision plans. While we are providers for many plans, each plan has unique benefit and coverage limits specific to your contract. We recommend that you check with your individual health plan for benefit information specific to your contract.
In order to bill your carrier for the services provided, you will need to present your insurance card at each appointment. If your insurance changes from visit to visit, please be sure to let us know. In addition, should your insurance change, you will need to present your new insurance card to avoid charges for your current appointment. If your insurance requires a co-payment, this payment will be due when you check in for your appointment.

Accepted Vision Plans:
VSP covers only routine eye examinations. The information that you give us when requesting an appointment will dictate if your visit is defined as ‘routine’ or ‘medical’.A ‘routine’ exam is without any medical conditions or symptoms.
A ‘medical’ exam would be coded with any conditions or symptoms that you tell one of our staff or your eye doctor. ‘Medical’ exams would need to be submitted to your health insurance plan rather than to VSP. Examples of medical conditions would include (but are not limited to) headaches, diabetes, cataracts, glaucoma or macular degeneration.
As a VSP provider, Eye Care Center cannot guarantee your eligibility or coverage. When scheduling your appointment, please tell us that you are a VSP member and we will check your eligibility and obtain an authorization from them. If we are notified of your VSP plan after your appointment, we will not be able to bill VSP for you. If there is a conflict between the information and our contract with VSP, the terms of the contract prevail.
We offer a wide range of payment options to meet our client's needs and ensure we can provide the best service possible. We accept the following payment methods:
